Postage & Shipping

- Currently we are only shipping to customers in Malaysia & Singapore.

- All items are posted in 3 days after an order is received via couriers. Tracking numbers will be provided to the customer once order is posted via email.

- Time taken by the courier to deliver can range from 3 to 10 days depending on the customers location. Customer is responsible for tracking the parcel using tracking number provided.

- We use JnT, eDHL, Pos Laju & Citylink for shipping within Malaysia. For international shipping we use Aramex.

Shipping Charges

- The shipping charges are calculated based on weightage of parcel and customers location.

- Shipping charges starts from:

• West Malaysia: RM10
• Sabah & Sarawak: Rm18
• Singapore: RM30

- The shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

- Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom or Import Duties

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Refer to your country's tarrif rates for more information on import duties, if any.

Sizing Information

- All items are measured and cateogirsed according to Malaysian Standard size, customers are advised to follow the sizing information provided for the item. 

- As our items are sourced from all over the globe, the sizing labels might not reflect standard Malaysian sizing, customers are advised to ignore sizing labels and refer to measurements provided for those items.

- Allow upto 1 to 2% error in measurements

Return Policy

Returns

As we sell used vintage clothing we operate a no exchange or refunds policy on any items bought in our online store. All customers are advised to follow the measurements provided for each item. Reasons such as "change of Mind", "Item doesnt fit me well" etc will not be entertained. We strongly recommend selecting carefully! All vintage sales are FINAL. 

We do carefully inspect each of our vintage pieces for damage and pride ourselves on offering only the highest quality garments. With that said, some of our vintage pieces are decades old and it is only natural that they show some wear and/or slight damage. We take this into account when pricing our vintage and will state any major damage in our descriptions. We try our very best to note all the details of each garment, although we may sometimes overlook things, which we do apologise for. Please do not expect perfection, unless stated so. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage that occurs after a purchase is made.
